Dimensi Transformatif Spiritualitas Kristen dalam Pengembangan Konseling Integratif

Abstract
Perkembangan konseling integratif menunjukkan meningkatnya perhatian terhadap dimensi spiritual dalam praktik pendampingan, namun sebagian besar kajian masih menempatkan spiritualitas sebagai komponen pendukung intervensi psikologis, bukan sebagai paradigma yang membentuk keseluruhan proses konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan merekonstruksi dimensi transformatif spiritualitas Kristen sebagai paradigma konseptual dalam pengembangan konseling integratif. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan teologi biblika yang dipadukan dengan analisis konseptual terhadap literatur teologi, psikologi, dan konseling Kristen. Analisis dilakukan melalui tahapan deskriptif, komparatif-kritis, dan sintesis teologis untuk membangun kerangka konseptual yang integratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas Kristen tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sumber penguatan religius, tetapi menjadi paradigma yang mengarahkan tujuan, proses, dan orientasi konseling integratif. Paradigma tersebut direkonstruksi melalui empat dimensi yang saling berkaitan, yaitu dimensi teologis sebagai fondasi transformasi, dimensi antropologis yang memulihkan identitas manusia sebagai imago Dei, dimensi psikospiritual yang membentuk karakter melalui karya Roh Kudus, dan dimensi relasional sebagai aktualisasi transformasi dalam kehidupan bersama.
