Kepemimpinan Kristen Adaptif dalam Menghadapi Disrupsi dan Perubahan Organisasi Kontemporer
Main Article Content
Abstract
Contemporary Christian organizations face technological disruption, generational change, environmental complexity, shifting member expectations, and declining trust in leadership. This study aims to construct an adaptive Christian leadership model capable of responding to change without sacrificing theological integrity. Using a qualitative approach, the research employs library research and theological conceptual analysis of literature on Christian leadership, adaptive leadership, organizational change, and faith based organizations. The findings indicate that adaptive Christian leadership should be rooted in service, stewardship, integrity, and relationality while developing the capacity to interpret change, learn continuously, collaborate, and adjust organizational strategies. Its relevance is evident for churches, Christian educational institutions, ministry organizations, and professionally managed Christian organizations. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological foundations of Christian leadership with organizational adaptive capacities. Adaptation is therefore understood not as pragmatism, but as responsible discernment between theological values that must be preserved and organizational strategies that may be renewed.
